A devoted husband and father of three, Dror holds a master’s degree in political science and human resources. With a rich background as an IDF officer in logistics and systems management, Dror is the founder of Chesed Chaim V’Emet, a national initiative dedicated to supporting bereaved families. Driven by a deep compassion for those grieving, Dror combines his academic expertise and military experience to guide All Israel’s Children with heartfelt passion and a commitment to making a meaningful impact.
Liat, a mother of five, holds master’s degrees in special education and educational leadership, as well as a master’s in emotional therapy through art and psychodrama. She founded several innovative programs for girls at risk, driving change in education and community systems. Liat is a certified emotional therapist and parent facilitator, and blends her administrative skills and therapeutic expertise in ensuring that each orphan receives the support they need to thrive.
Ruti, a mother of four, holds a master's degree in business administration and organizational consulting, with additional studies in humanities, informal education, and at-risk youth. Since 2017, she has been leading "Or Hadad," a boarding school for at-risk young women, where she addresses their educational, social, and emotional needs. At All Israel’s Children, Ruti builds relationships with war widows and orphans, identifies their needs, recruits and handpicks mentors, and ensures the orphans receive comprehensive emotional care.
Esther, a mother of seven, has a rich background in education, having worked as a kindergarten teacher and educator abroad. While living in Israel, Esther managed coordinators at Ezer Mezion's "Mental Health" leisure center and supported families through her work at a counseling center. She also dedicates her time to guiding brides as they prepare for marriage.
A father of four, Moshe holds a master’s degree in business administration and a teaching certificate. With 15 years of experience in the IDF's Education and Youth Corps, Moshe gained strong leadership and management skills. He previously directed Yeruham’s community security program and now leverages his expertise in training and technological support to advance the All Israel’s Children’s mission.
